Description: Description: Safe Cracker, Bally, 3/96, Multiball and has speech. There were 1148 Bally Safe Cracker pinballs were made. Williams WPC-95 solidstate design. Game is smaller in size, and was an experiment by Williams to try smaller redemption style pinballs. It was the only game made in this format by Williams/Bally. The game combined a board game (played on the upper backbox) with a pinball machine. If you did well in the board game, you would win a token (which was ejected from the game, would roll down the top glass, and hit the player in the belly!) When the game was over, if the won token was put back into the coin slot, a different (software) game called "assault the vault" was played (which is essentially a timed multiball game.) Unfortunately the game was just too complicated and too small that players didn't like it on location. (Though personally I think it's an amazing game.)
